At ZENVIA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    Contact our support team at returns@zenviaofficial.com with your order number, reason for return, and item details.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Item:

    • Pack the item securely using the original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection & Refund:

    • Once received, returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact returns@zenviaofficial.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
